Inbound Operations Dashboard

Real-time dock-management dashboard that merges three warehouse systems and predicts the physical lane destination of every package on an inbound trailer before it's unloaded. Piloted by 11+ managers; surfaced 1,000+ packages stranded in trailers marked complete.

Demo: staged data loads, lane-prediction engine, editable routing config
